Enter new sample evaluations or search a style to edit an existing record.

BULK DATA MANAGEMENT

Replace sample data from CSV

Upload a complete CSV export. The new file will replace all current sample evaluation records.

Choose CSV file

Required columns: Supplier Name and Style. Other recognized columns include Sample Receive Date, Commented Date, Evaluate By, Sample Type, Status, In Condition, Req Ref PP, Comments, Production Merchant, Main Modelist and Working Day.

No file selected. Existing records will not change until you confirm the replacement.

Important: This operation replaces all existing sample evaluation rows. Holiday records are not affected. The replacement is processed as one database transaction so a failed import will not leave the table half-replaced.

Add sample record

Complete the fields and select Save Record.
